Retreats remind us who we are and why we are here.

Self-care is an act of holy rebellion.

In a hyper-busy world focused on productivity, output, and profit, creating sacred space for ourselves enables us to listen to the quiet voice within. When we are in touch with our intuition, we are in touch with the divine. When we are in touch with the divine, we are able to access inspirational resources that were not present to us before.

Past Retreats

  • EMBRACING THE DRAGON in the Sacred Valley of Peru

When we befriend our inner dragons, we reclaim our power. Instead of fearing our darkness, we learn to harness it, integrating our shadow, and uncovering our light. This eight-day retreat wove together writing, yoga, meditation, Reiki, and energy work to transform and rewrite the stories of our lives.

  • SPIRIT STORIES in the Allegheny Mountains

On this special four-day retreat nestled in the Allegheny Mountains of Southwestern Virginia, we combined the narratives of our life experiences with the stories of our spirits. We used expressive writing, soul journeys, chakra balancing, guided meditations, and oracle cards, to allow our own intuitive wisdom to emerge on the page.

  • IN THE DEEP MIDWINTER at Shalom House in Montpelier, Virginia

Winter is a special opportunity for going deeply within, processing the year past, and planting seeds for magic in the year to come This retreat was a weekend of writing, contemplation, and spellcasting at Shalom House, a retreat center nestled in 90 acres in the heart of Montpelier.

  • FULL CIRCLE in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico

What do writing and mandala painting have in common? They can both uncover layers to the self. They can both help access the source from where we acquire our energy, self-worth, creativity and spontaneity. This retreat is designed to accommodate beginning painters and writers as well as those that make it their life’s work. goes here
